    Shini is a creative and advertising agency based at 1st Floor, 18/50, Moosa Street, T. Nagar, Chennai – 600017, offering branding, creative design, printing, gifting, and event branding services.

2. Use of Website

  • The content on this website is for general information about our services and portfolio.
  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content on this website at any time without prior notice.

3. Services & Quotations

  • Any quotation, price estimate, or proposal shared with you is valid for the period stated at the time of sharing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Final pricing depends on project scope, materials, quantities, and specifications finalized after consultation.
  • Work begins only after requirements are confirmed and, where applicable, advance payment is received.

4. Design Approvals & Revisions

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, proofs, and artwork before final printing or production.
  • Once a design is approved in writing (email/WhatsApp confirmation is acceptable), Shini is not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof.
  • Revisions beyond the agreed number of rounds may incur additional charges.

5. Payments

  • Payment terms (advance/balance split, due dates) will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • Production/delivery may be paused if payments are not received as agreed.
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Delivery & Timelines

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and communicated based on project scope. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by factors such as client delays in approvals, third-party vendor delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk in printed/physical materials passes to the client upon delivery or dispatch.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final design files and deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
  • Shini retains the right to showcase completed work (logos, branding, campaigns) in its portfolio, website, and social media, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
  • Any stock images, fonts, or third-party assets used are subject to their respective licensing terms.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure they have the legal right to use any content, logos, trademarks, or materials they provide to us for a project.
  • Shini is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or legal disputes arising from client-supplied content.

9. Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Any costs already incurred (design work completed, materials ordered, printing initiated) up to the point of cancellation will be chargeable.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Shini will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific project.

11. Third-Party Links

      Our website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., social media). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

12. Changes to These Terms

      We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

      These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
